The Think Tank DEA initiated this project of specialist talent management to find out when and how to utilize the knowledge and expertise of these employees. If we can unlock the key to their motivation we might be able to establish a common ground for specialists and HR professionals to discuss and understand what career and career advancement look like when you are a specialist and how this heterogeneous group of employees can become an asset to boost future organizational performance.
